We’ve all heard the saying “what you don’t know won’t hurt you.” But I’m here to tell you, what you know that just ain’t so will really bite you in the back side!
In one of his last acts as President, Joe Biden once again claimed the role of king and declared the Equal Right Amendment was now the 28th amendment to the Constitution, even though that amendment failed decades ago. Millions of Americans claimed that January 6th 2021 was an insurrection, but the recent report from Jack Smith reveals that it was not. Let’s take a deeper look at the facts behind these statements, and see if we can avoid being bitten in the butt. - Live 4PM ET with Host Paul Engel @CyberEngel @OutLoudNews

Who is in charge of your children? That has been a perennial question that has grown in importance over the last few years. When I was a child, it was understood that, with rare exceptions, parents were in charge of a child’s upbringing. This included medical, religious, and educational decisions. However, over the last few decades, the role of the parent in these decisions has been replaced by experts. What happens when the goal of the experts differs from those of the parents? Who decides the future of the rising generations? It was understood that the state acted in loco parentis, in place of the parents, only for the safety of the child. A recent case in U.S. District Court shows that be it health departments, child services, schools, or even the courts. Government not only believes they know better than the parents, they are more than willing to act in loco parentis tyrannis.

With the release of ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence (AI) applications, there has been a lot of speculation and downright assertions about our future. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), not more than a passing understanding of AIs, I've come to the conclusion that much of what I've heard is more science fiction than fact. A recent court case decided in the D.C. District Court revolved around one very important question. Do AIs have rights?
In this third installment of the three-part series on the branches of government, we look at the role of the third and weakest branch. At least that is what our Founding Fathers thought of it. What is the role of the federal judiciary? What are the extent of their powers, how do they related to the other two branches of government, and why is a proper understanding of the role of the judiciary critical if the United States is to remain a constitutional republic?

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution is quiet clear, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” So why do so many people act as if the federal government can do whatever it wants? - Live 4PM ET with Host Paul Engel @CyberEngel @OutLoudNews

Today is the 238th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution, which was then sent to the states for ratification. Sadly, this day goes all but unnoticed by most Americans, and appearing in only some of our calendars. However, here at The Constitution Study, we not only commemorate this day, but seek the purposes of this great document each and every day. - Live 4PM ET with Host Paul Engel @CyberEngel @OutLoudNews

The recent political assassination of Charlie Kirk has led to a lot of interviews and news stories about the man. It’s almost as if people were trying to justify his elevation to sainthood for the conservative movement. That’s not to say there aren’t others ready to take advantage of this shooting to infringe on your rights. - Live 4PM ET with Host Paul Engel @CyberEngel @OutLoudNews
